1) Breakfast is a must!
The name is enough to suggest that it is time to ‘break-the-fast’. As you sleep for 7-8 hours without food, your stomach is empty and generally, you get hunger pangs. But due to feverish schedules, most of us skip the foremost necessary meal of the day, BREAKFAST! It’s not advisable to begin the day while not breakfast. If you don’t have time to cook healthy, just have a glass of milk. Add some cornflakes to it and voila! Quick breakfast. Alternatively, you could conjointly carry whole wheat bread, parathas, fruits and eat on the way. Always bear in mind to eat light-weight, filling and healthy breakfast which can last you for the day.
