Netflix Announces Its New “Boundless” Maternity And Paternity Leave Program

A few hours after striking its incomparable  stock worth high these days, Netflix has announced a new program for all staff.

In a blog post, the company outlined its unlimited maternity and paternity leave program. Its Chief Talent Office, Tawni Cranz, said:

At Netflix, we work exhausting to foster a “freedom and responsibility” culture that provides our staff context regarding our business and also the freedom to form their own selections in conjunction with the attendant responsibility. With this in mind, today we’re introducing AN unlimited leave policy for brand spanking new moms and dads that enables them to require off the maximum amount time as they require throughout the primary year once a child’s birth or adoption.
